I have such a passion for my products. I have spent countless hours researching, testing and trying to figure out the best way to make these products so that they are safe for your little one. Below there is some info about our products such as what they are made of, cleaning and disclaimers. Please always remember, beads are considered a choking hazard so always, always, always use under adult supervision.
Right now our TAT is generally 4-6 weeks. RTS orders are typically 3-5 business day TAT. Neither of these include shipping. I am located in Kansas City, Missouri
DISCLAIMER: While we do everything in our power to make our products as safe as possible, our products should always be used under adult supervision, and should be inspected before every use. Do not tie around a child’s neck and discard immediately if damaged. These do contain small parts, & beads are considered a choking hazard for infants. Ro’s Closet is not liable for injury or death due to improper supervision or using this product if it is damaged.

DISCLAIMER: from our wholesaler of wooden beads/rings/teethers: Being a natural product, wood can have natural imperfections and weak spots (knots & inconsistent grain), and should be used with care to prevent damage. Damage or cracking can occur if dropped from height or smashed onto a hard surface. Do not submerge wood beads, rings, or teethers in water. Adult supervision always required while using these products and always inspect for damage before use. Dispose at the first sign of damage, cracking, or splintering.
CLEANING: Silicone & wood: Clean with warm water and mild soap. Dry immediately after cleaning. We clean our teethers before shipped to you, but they should be cleaned again before use. Clean thoroughly and at regular intervals. See cleaning instructions above.
The silicone beads used in our products are: 100% Non-Toxic, BPA free, FDA approved, food-grade silicone. The silicone is odorless, tasteless, lead free, cadmium free, phthalates free, PVC free, mercury free, CPSIA certified, CCPSA certified, CE certified, EN71 certified and AS/NZS ISO 8124 certified.
Refunds & returns - Due to the nature of our products, along with the recent COVID-19 Pandemic, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds, under any circumstance.
